Occupancy Permit

Occupancy permit is an important document which contains crucial information about the building it is issued. The relevant building surveyor must be satisfied that the building is suitable for occupation and intended use. Part of building permit process we will issue occupancy permit for different class of buildings.  We also check the accuracy of occupancy permits issued by other consultants to reflect the current use and status of the building and essential services installed within the building.
